The ticket will be answered a soon as possible. and you will receive a email with a copy of the answer we will provide. You also have a history of your support tickets, what can be found under my account. If you don't receive a answer in 48 Hours (normally less then 12 Hours) by email , please check you spam folder ! Or check the ticket here on the website under your ticket history.

Order Status !
When you have ordered , you can view the order status under my account, when there are delays due to material back ordered, you will find a note what will state to the planned shipping day.
Product Stock and Shipping Info !
All our light units and kits are individual made and assembled. So no stock items.
Because of that we can insure a high quality, and rapid design improvement and custom work.
But this comes with a drawback , our lead time to ship out orders is about 2 weeks.
But may go up to 4 - 5 weeks in high season times like summer and winter.
